YODHA | Smooth well balanced milk coffee of choice. Indian Filter to Latte.

GAJAH | A punchy Indian Filter Coffee to kick start your day or a bold latte. A lot more oomph in the cup!

Arabica (Ratnagiri Estate) | A delicious treat both as a western filter (Melbourne's favourite 'Batchy') & flat white. Best mixed in a coffee concentrate to water/milk ratio of 1:3

Robusta (Coorg & Wayanad) | Sundried Natural Robusta Cherry. Low acidity cup, best suited for a naadan (Kerala style) black coffee or a Cold KAAPI or Viet Coffee with condensed milk. Tip: Sweeten your Kattan with jaggery to taste ⚡

Slow brewed in Melbourne using our locally roasted house blends of Indian coffees and occasionally seasonal coffees from our local roaster friends ❤️💯

BLENDING GUIDE

Add 1 part decoction to 4 parts milk/non-dairy (adjust strength as required)!

How to Make the Perfect FILTER KAAPI

Mix 20-25 ml of decoction with 100 ml of hot milk. Adjust decoction quantity for a stronger coffee. Sweeten to taste. Froth the coffee by pouring it back and forth a traditional davara-tumbler set!

STORAGE

Our decoction is always brewed fresh to order . Please refrigerate and use this product upon delivery. It is best consumed within 3-4 weeks.

Please Note: Leaving it out in a warm kitchen/room will reduce its shelf life.
