Deep, unapologetic, and comforting. IRITTI takes its name from the Malayalam word for "it is dark"—a nod to both its bold roast profile and the rich, shadowed food forests of Wayanad, Kerala where these beans are grown.

Sourced as green beans directly through our alliance with Black Baza Coffee, this high-altitude, 100% shade-grown Robusta is roasted right here in Australia. Crafted to honour the authentic, soul-warming ritual of North Malabar Kattan Kaapi (black coffee), IRITTI delivers a syrupy, full-bodied cup bursting with dark cocoa, warm spice, and zero acidity.
